“Restricted Ballroom”

An eclectic mix of the best of the 70’s disco era bringing you up to the minute with current stars like Daryl Slumbers and Sonia Cruder as comperes.
Then throw in Paul Mercurochrome and Tara Boom Deyay from Strictly Ballroom, Kath and Kel from the Kath and Kim TV Show and a couple of all-singing all-dancing Drag Queens from Priscilla and you’ve got quite an explosive show!

· CRISPY GOUJON MANDARIN CHICKEN: Crumbed tenderloins of Chicken with a Seville orange & green peppercorn sauce served with caramelised sweet potato & sweet baby carrots.
· SUCCULENT PORK RIB CUTLET: Grilled beef cutlet with a chunky apple & muscatel sauce served with rustic potatoes & sugar snap peas.

· Classic Italian Gelato – a delicious gelato covered in crisp dark chocolate served with cream & maraschino cherry.
