Island Leisure Resort Stay Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations & Deposits
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and an advance deposit.
- A deposit equal to the first night's stay (including taxes and fees) is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Transactions incur a 1% non-refundable credit card surcharge.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made prior to 2:00 PM local hotel time, at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, will receive a full refund of the deposit (less credit card surcharge).
- Cancellations made after 2:00 PM local hotel time, within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the cost of the entire stay and the reservation will be released.
3. Modification Policy
- Date changes are subject to availability and must adhere to the cancellation timeline. Changes made within the 14-day window may result in forfeiture of the original deposit.
- Rates are subject to change based on revised dates.
4. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM local time. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time. Late check-out requests may be accommodated with advance notice and applicable fees.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in.
5. Payment
- Full payment for the stay is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets. Cash payments may be accepted with a valid ID.
6. House Rules
- Guests must comply with all posted property rules, including noise ordinances and maximum occupancy limits.
- Illegal substances and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the property without refund.
- Only registered in-house guests are permitted on the property.
- Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms or common areas unless approved in advance by hotel management.
7. Liability
- The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
8. Force Majeure
- The resort shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or power failures.
By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
